Visual Development and Concept Art for Games and Animation
Graphic Designer, Painter, Illustrator
Hello! I’m Ann, a visual development artist currently living in San Francisco. I was born on the east coast, raised in the mid-west, and moved to California in 2009 to study Studio Art at Stanford University. I practiced many different mediums including fine art, digital media, and theater. I studied and worked all over America and abroad in Florence and Beijing. Ultimately, I developed a passion for animation and, after my very broad and conceptual education at Stanford, I decided to hone my technical skills at The Academy of Art University in San Francisco. In September of 2016, I graduated with a Master's Degree in Visual Development for Games and Animation. The culmination of this was my Master's Thesis, The Wonderland Casino. For this project I developed a story based on Alice in Wonderland and created all the production art for a proposed feature length film. Since then, I have been freelancing and am currently available for full-time and part-time employment.
